INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is where I listen.

You may know exactly what you want, or need help figuring that out. During this stage, I listen to your priorities, budget, timeline, motivations, etc. Then, I craft a plan to work towards your goal. If you're a first-time buyer, I will also educate you on how the process works.

HOME SHOWINGS

The fun part.

I'll set you up with the best way to search. Then, we start shopping! While this can be the fun part, it is also an opportunity for learning how to see past the nice counter tops or paint colors and identify important good and bad qualities to look for.

WRITE AN OFFER

I'm an expert in smart offer

writing strategy and negotiation.

We will submit an offer to purchase to the seller. The decision of what terms to offer are ultimately up to you, but I will guide you through what a smart, winning offer looks like. Then, negotiate on your behalf to ensure the finals terms are what is best for you.

GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE SALE

An accepted offer is only one piece of the puzzle.

Offer accepted. Great! In order to make it to the closing table, we now need to navigate through home inspections, surveys, home warranties, appraisal, financing contingencies, etc and any negotiation that might need to take place as a result of all those items. There are a lot of moving parts during this stage but don't worry, I've got it covered.

FINAL DETAILS

Almost there!

Right before closing, there is usually a quiet time when we are waiting for everything to be finalize with lenders, title companies, etc. That's when I work on details like transferring utilities, possession dates, and key exchange. I will provide you with some checklists to help you with the transition as well.

CLOSE AND CELEBRATE!

You're a new homeowner!

The closing is when you sign lots of fun paperwork making the sale official and the property is put into your name. Some transactions provide possession of the home at time of closing and some do not, so you may or may not get keys that day. Either way, it is reason to celebrate!  You are a homeowner.
