I have been practicing real estate for over ten years, during which I have accumulated extensive knowledge and experience by assisting both buyers and sellers. I take pleasure in understanding my clients' unique situations and becoming a dedicated advocate in helping them achieve their goals, no matter what they may be! In 2023, I decided to take things to the next level by obtaining a broker license and start my own brokerage, Liz Rhoda & Co, which allows me to serve my clients even better with more extensive knowledge and expertise.

While I devote much of my time to serving my clients, I have also led various real estate industry organizations, including the Women's Council of Realtors and the Young Professional Network, both locally and statewide. I have been honored with several awards for real estate and leadership throughout West Michigan. However, since starting a family, I have chosen to step back from many of these commitments to prioritize my roles as a real estate agent, wife, and mother.

Achievements:

  • 2024 & 2022: Ranked Top 2% for Sales Volume among all Realtors in West Michigan

  • 2021-2023: Member of the GRAR Grievance Committee

  • Past Chair of the MI Realtors Young Professionals

  • Past President of the West MI Women's Council of Realtors

Beyond my work in real estate, I also own Rockford Tree Farm (a Christmas tree farm) and founded SheConnectsRockford (a Rockford women's networking group).

I pride myself on delivering excellent service through integrity, hard work, and a commitment to achieving results. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, or exploring investment opportunities, I’m here to make the process smooth, informed, and successful.

As a Realtor, I bring the same discipline and drive to helping clients that I brought to the baseball field as a four-year varsity letter winner at Grand Valley State University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Marketing from GVSU, where I developed a strong foundation in strategic communication and customer-focused service—skills I now use every day to guide buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me on the golf course, or reading a good book or enjoying music. I’m proud to serve my community in this way and excited to help others find their place in it!

What Makes Us Different

01

We listen.

A common misconception is that Realtors need to be overpowering personalities and aggressive negotiators. We disagree. While those qualities can be useful at times, listening and knowing when to speak up is the key to providing quality service as well as successful negotiation.

03

We want to work with people we like.

Don't you? Making sure we are a good fit for each other is crucial to establishing trust between us, and it goes both ways. If we don't genuinely like and respect each other, it could be a rough road ahead.

02

We prioritize your experience.

Not our sales numbers. We want you to accomplish your goal, but if we were miserable getting there, was it really a win? We would rather provide you with our  attention and commitment and turn you into a client for a lifetime than just make it to the closing table.

04

We know what we are doing.

No real estate sale is the same. As a result, we've become extremely resourceful and an expert problem solvers. If we can't figure it out, we have well-respected and accessible contacts and several partners in the industry and community to get the answers and support we need.
